Takes forever to recover a password, I shouldn't have to go on digital manhunt for codes and usernames when a simple reset link is all I need

Trash app. Wish my company would move to another payroll option. Can't login, now I am being told that we need 16 digit password that we still have to change more than any other program. If you are looking for a app for your business look elsewhere.

no connectivity
the app itself is well designed, unfortunately signing in is another issue.. it constantly says "can not connect to host server, check internet connection and try again" its NOT my device as ive tried multiple devices with 100 percent connection on my end. and with seemingly every other website on the planet still working, it tells me that you guys have some real server issues on your end.. if they ever fix this... and it has been constant issue for yrs now...

ZERO!!!! IT DOESNT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR!!!! This is the absolute most useless payroll app ever! And that is if it works!!! It crashes all the time. There is no functionality for the employee. It makes Paychex look like a gawd!

Tried to login to request time off. It said my password has expired and need to choose a new one. It ask for the old password. It said it is wrong, but it works for other parts of the app. I tried forgot my password. It asks the security questions. It said my answers were all wrong. I knew my mother 58 years, I know what her name was, my high school had only one mascot and I do know what city I was born!!

15 character password requirement... Really... they don't seems to secure and they make you do a password change every so often. Guess I will never see a check stub again. Thanks for the trouble

It works a whole sometimes. Crashes regularly, if i didn't need to fight with it for work i wouldn't touch it at all.
