Would be better if I could use biometrics tried the fingerprint option but it doesn't work. In addition to the previous question to which I'm letting you know I got no response. Tried making a payment but it didn't have the option of payment from my bank account only by card

There are times that when I try to make a payment via the app it sometimes doesn't take the payment but only takes payment by direct debit

Vanquis company of extortion
To all the followers reading this never get involved with Vanquis bank the interest is extortionate The staff say one thing then change the goal posts and what they say Customer services very poor take forever to answer phone Create so much stress n worry that one becomes ill in my case a heart attack Please don't touch them

I am very pleased with the card, regarding the access and easy to use online app. The reason that is 4 star is: Very high interest and I tried to change my address on the app and was not able to do it I need this sorted please send me a o one number that I could call . Kind regards
