Opening the app a few times I'm confronted by a question asking me to Accept cookies or confirm my choices. Good luck. There are a LOT of them and the vendor ones keep switching to 'Yes' even when I've set them off. There is no 'Reject all' button. Why? Will give it a few days and if it continues I will delete this app. How does Apple even allow this?

Completely unnecessary ads to support an application with little functionality for a product that I paid money to purchase.

It regularly disconnects from my watch even when it is locked open. Then I close it down and I can't reopen it. Very frustrating as I can't rely on reminders and alarms on my watch or check messages and emails. These are the reasons I got the watch.

dont waste time with this utter junk, it really is pathetic. the watch is poor the app is abysmal, you cannot reset to zero ypu cannot do daily strps i walked 300 paces but it registered 860 paces. walked back for it to registet 120 paces absolutely pathetic if you see any 4- 5 star ratings they are bogus.

Can no longer be connected to a bracelet

Doesn't sync automatically with my fitness tracker, I have to do it manually or I lose the recording of those steps. Keeps asking me to login. Interface is a bit of a mess (sync is under 'user' not 'device' for example. I can't see any maps despite screenshots. Then again, not a bad thing, I see this app is dev'd in China, not a country I associate with keeping my personal data safe. When tapping on notifications you aren't taken directly there. Not sure who's developing this app but seems they've lost interest - or skilled devs. Not great. Deleting.

I've used this for several years and now it says it's either connecting and doesn't or that there is no app. Grrrr. I'm about ready to chuck it and try something else. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it and nada. Just highly frustrated at the moment.

I don't know which update it was. But this app sucks now. I really need to track my sleep, and the app just keeps "connecting," & nothing gets tracked. I can't afford a new tracker. So please fix this.

Watch works great app does not work properly. Started using it over a year ago worked great but this year I've lost steps doesn't give the right percentage half the time and incomplete steps for loss of rank. I have reported these issues numerous times and it does no good you try and answer an email when they answer you and the person on the other end tells you to please go through the feedback in the app if you want to communicate with them
