Sales calls where YOU get hung up on!
I got a call at 8 am this morning from a number I didn't know. I picked up, she informed me she was calling from VShred on a recorded line and was calling about my metabolic assessment, is now a good time to talk. I told her it was not and expected her to find a good time to call me back. She HUNG UP!! Smdh.

Just replaced my old phone with a new Galaxy S24 Ultra and this app is not compatible apparently. Won't even run. UPDATE: deleted the app and then reinstalled and it's working now. smh

There is a recipe area that isn't working. Also more areas where they go into carb cycling menus and those aren't working either on the app.

Good instructional videos
Vince Sant leads you through sets of varied exercises, with good guidance on proper form. The recipe guide is a nice bonus. Some of the functionality is a bit clunky and could use a refresh.

Can't even create an account. It says, "Unexpected Error Occurred" Tried Un-Installing it and Re-installed it. SAME MESSAGE.

Terrible
The app is so poorly designed - it's full of links to pages that are designed to get you to purchase more things, and it's so difficult to find the information you're actually looking for. I regret wasting my money on this.

Requested a refund within minutes. The app, thus the program, is unusable. I wish I haad read the reviews prior to purchasing. Had such a bad feeling after purchasing to have to sit through more and more sales videos. Don't do it!!!

This app does not take me to the my program that I get by going on the internet. There's something definitely wrong with the app. When I sign in it takes me to their marketing page instead of my program page.
