You never get ahold of anybody to talk to half the time you can't make payment or make a payment arrangement doesn't tell you why your bill is twice as much as it should be.

I can't get the autopay to setup correctly but other than that there is no problem with the app that I have encountered.

Absolutely worst ever
If you can get other services—- RUN to get it! The worst internet provider in history!!! The app doesn't work, when you call in the reps are useless and the internet goes out constantly. The slowest service ever.

Customer service from Windstream and/or Kinetic is the worst I have ever experienced. Cannot connect with a human being and by computer always "unavailable". You folks suck all the way from Arkansas! 🤮🤮🤮🤮
