Big fan od the app. The insights however are constantly miscategorising expenses. My health insurance wxpense shows uo under 'restaurants' Don't see any way to manually correct this. Would love to have the insights actually reflect reality.

my card doesn't work anymore but they want me to buy a new card, I can't use my account without it, in the UK I can order a card to pick up in 2 hrs from certain branches around London for free.

The app is not working, the most ridiculous is not even the fact that I still have to pay for this hmm service, but that they show "preferred banking" on login screen, oh yes, thank you. They tell you about security of android 10, but the truth is that a security person in the bank went nuts, and nor POs, nor devs were able to explain why those problems should not be handled on mobile app level. They just cut off a big part of their client with no reason! That means it can happen to anyone

Android 10 cutoff: forced me to insecure mobile browser banking (my only option) or buy a new phones. They called requesting online identifiers "wasteful," yet push costly device upgrades. This update shows disregard for security & budget. Insulting identifier message while forcing unneeded upgrades. ABN Amro chooses planned obsolescence over support. If secure banking & budget matter, avoid. They don't value customers.
