Push messages don't work
Since a few months I no longer receive a push message with a credit. All settings are good and reinstallation doesn't work either. So it really depends on the app. Very unfortunate! Answer to your question: I have reset the push notification settings so many times. Then I get 1 x a push message and then it doesn't work again. Meanwhile a new phone (iphone) and there too I have exactly the same problem

Product overview horrible!
Update 24-05: why is ABN AMRO not responding to my response regarding abn amro's response to my original review? ————— Update after ABN AMRO's response: If you read my review carefully, you would know that I am not talking about the tabs as future and fixed costs in my review. It concerns the tabs in the product overview. The second suggestion is the upside-down world. It cannot be the case that ABN AMRO splits a confusing fair in the stomach of its clients and then now makes these kinds of bizarre proposals to make it clear. If ABN AMRO makes a decent overview, this proposal is not necessary! At ABN AMRO, the problem with the Product Overview does not lie with the customers. If you had listened to your customers, this product overview would never have existed in its current layout. The old account statement was good, why change something that was good? ———————— ABN AMRO's banking app has no chance at all. A confusing fair with at least 70% nonsense on the product overview screen. Get rid of those hideously ugly blocks. Back to simple rules. Then the tabs that also make it a confusing whole. Pure advertising for ABN itself! Give an option to turn off these nonsensical and irrelevant tabs. The product groups complete this sample of an (in)overview. Useless and self-evident info that only takes up unnecessary space. Again, there is no option to turn it off. It is restrictive, can not choose its own order of accounts. And not everything can be seen in an eye.

Almost perfect
Can you please finally fix the notifications so that I don't have to go into the app every time and switch everything back on or off so that I can see which payments are coming in and going out? For the rest a super app, thanks!

Good app
Does its job properly only a pity about the annoying notifications (for example about the annual statement that is ready, or the question whether I have money worries) that have to be suppressed every time opening an account statement, even within one session these notifications come back again and again. Without those notifications I could have given 5 stars.

Crappy tiles home screen
Wow, what an innovation. There is now even a logo at an external bank account. Unfortunately, we're still peeking at those retarded tiles. I don't understand any of your development priorities. It seems that pushing one's own agenda is more important than listening carefully to customer feedback. Why are you doing a beta program at all? — Just installed the new version with the categorized product overviews. I can't say it's made any clearer. Even more screens, which are not user-friendly in terms of screen layout. The overviews are unfortunately still based on the useless tile setup. Apparently, the many negative feedback about this is still not taken seriously by ABNA. — What idiot comes up with such a cluttered layout? It doesn't even fit on the screen anymore, and I have to scroll down to see all the bills. This is really worthless. Please quickly revisit the old home screen. Why is ABN AMRO organising a beta test if nothing is done with feedback? Lots of negative feedback on the "improved" home screen, 0 follow up. Crappy bank.
