No direct exchange
Unfortunately I am very disappointed, I had ordered a short skirt and other things, but instead of the skirt a pair of shorts arrived. It is very modest for me as a buyer that there is no direct exchange. I can send the pants back free of cover and then order the desired skirt individually for 15 € extra, but then there are extra shipping costs (no free shipping with 15 € order value), which I have to pay out of my pocket and are not out of my fault.

The return option does not work anymore. For the last months the return option does not actually inform the courier to come puck up the return package. I just wait for the courier to come by with other packages and send the package with him then. But the app option is useless. I don't know if they made it intentionally useless or it'sa bug.

Poor service provided on Black Friday
I placed the order on Black Friday, I made the payment successfully and until today 16/12/2024 no information regarding said order appears. 2 weeks ago I contacted and they assured me that it was late due to the high number of requests and to this day nothing. Today the contact number is always unavailable. On 01/11/2025 I called on Monday and even after talking on the phone they still don't return the money paid.

I am very pleased with the quality of the products and the prices! For a long time now I have been shopping for clothes and shoes only from aboutyou. The service is also very good, the only complaint is that they are slow to refund your money when you return a product.

I've been waiting for a month and a half for a refund for my returned clothes. Returned the next day after receiving the order, the pants in their original packaging, etc., were not even tried on. After about a week, I received a confirmation of receipt of the returned goods and information about the refund, which I still don't have. Customer support absolutely disastrous and unwilling to deal with the situation. They always brush me off that the finance department deals with it. Already handed over to the CTIA and my lawyer. I was a regular customer, but after this experience, NEVER AGAIN!!
