Excessive delay
I ordered product on August 19th in my app it says the product will be delivered August 27th to 28th it has gone September 5th and I have no update .....there is no shipping code I have spoken to the customer service department and they told me that it simply cannot pass customs while it has been paid normally.

Purchase on account
Lately, purchase on account is only possible at Klarna but no longer via PayPal. It would be nice if that could be done again. I don't want to have to use ten thousand different payment service providers to be able to use the advantages that were already there. But otherwise the app is top. I think the operation, information but also the pictures are great. I can take a close look at how a garment looks on a person and also find out about the use of materials. LG

The app deletes data
The app has already deleted all the items from my wish list a couple of times and doesn't show me the status of a new order, as if it wasn't even ordered and doesn't have a history of old orders!

I ordered product on August 19 in the application tells me that the product will be delivered August 27 to 28 it has gone September 5 and I have no update .....there is no shipping code in the Greek courier ... I have spoken to the customer service department and they told me that they simply cannot pass customs while it has been properly paid....... Eventually the order never came, they removed the order in the app and refunded my money after I called them again on 9/9.
