App isn’t working
Each time it keeps saying that I'll experience slow loading because my internet is slow… That's crazy because I'm using a fast internet service and every other app works just fine except this one. Can it be looked into because it's hindering online transactions for my business. Thank you

Downgrading from a 5 star to a 1 star. While transactions go seamlessly, multiple requests fail. Even the API for providing feedback on a transaction error fails. One of the easiest APIs to implement for any beginner engineer. If your in-app feedback mechanism is broken, then I do not consider you a serious organization. Coupled with the fact that I sent them multiple emails to fix a small issue about my transaction limit, 1 week later, no response. Can't alsoreach them while out of the country

I keep trying to access my money but it won't let me... I can't transfer,buy airtime or even make online payments nothing... my card isn't working, my used isn't working amd now my bank... my savings is just sitting there.... I submitted this case to them since Monday and up until now I'm still pending... I hv been goin to the bank for over a week now... Access operators, please address this issue... I hv bills to pay and I need my money to do that... I should know why I hvnt been having access!

some transactions showed error and before you realize your account will be debited, and the complaint tab attached to transaction history is always showing error. I made remita payment it showed error transaction and i was debited for it no alert it was later that i realized, i complained severally today it took 11 days no any positive response. Access is turning into hell.
