This banking app is the absolute worst. It's plagued with countless failed transactions, and getting a refund feels like pulling teeth. Using this app has cost me significant money and missed business opportunities. I deeply regret ever choosing to bank with you guys.

Why does this app always force-stop in the middle of my transactions? This is a let down especially when you want to do transactions on the go. I had to log in multiple times and sometimes allow it time before I could successfully do simple transactions like airtime purchase or transfer to my already stored beneficiaries. Please fix it.
