Crashes!
You app does nothing but crash and or loads for ever! I have deleted and reinstalled with the same issues. Click on onboarding it crashes click on info it crashes app ask you to either stay on app or web site and it crashes or the screen flashes multiple attempts to do Face ID over and over. Please fix

So two days ago I decided to go on my app and behold. So now this app is showing me time card and time dates from 2021. I've already done an update and still getting the same thing. They need to update the version of it

No option to see pay slip , pay grade and increment letter or the separation option. Also to add' request time off ' option to time card. It's difficult to navigate in app. Just improve this.

Not a reliable app. Frequently freezes and glitches, mainly while punching in and out. On certain days of the week, it will switch your punch-ins to outs and punch-outs to ins. No, seriously. The Quick Clock feature works about 70% of the time, so that's good I guess?

Clocking in/out is overly complicated and unclear
The clock in/out function is so very clunky, especially compared to other payroll apps I've used like PunchBuddy. I usually have to send my own excel file to the owner to accurately track my hours because there are so many errors that shouldn't be made if the UI/UX was better. Also, employee set up isn't as intuitive as other apps. Oh, also, Ive only been able to log in twice on the web interface using admin credentials because it's almost always broken the dozens of times I've tried to log in. So I can't really comment on how the back end functions because I'be only been able to complete a log in twice. My partner works in backend (occasionally front end) development for a large, global retail company. I just want them to hire him to fix it all. *Update* "Please try clearing your phones cache, delete and reload the app and make sure you are running the latest version of your phones OS. If that doesn't resolve the issue please contact your company administrator usually the payroll/hr contact at your company and they can reach out to their ADP Tech team to troubleshoot." I have done all these things multiple times. So, unfortunately, this isn't really helpful. I am one of the administrators that uses admin credentials to access our account and this review is in regards to both admin and employee platforms. Customer service options are difficult to find, difficult to use, and seem limited. We have tried multiple times to get resolution to our issues with little follow through until I was offered an opportunity to leave this review. We cancelled our service with ADP within days of my first review because of a final straw: one of our employees hours were completely untracked and untraceable. I observed them punching in correctly multiple times. No record of their punches whatsoever. This cost our company time and money to pay appropriate staff to resolve this issue so that we would not face legal consequences for unpaid wages. This is a main service that we paid ADP for. I believe that you have qualified accountants, but the tech side is a bust.

Text also overlaps in various areas. can't read performance values. PREVIOUS: Forced to update PW, now in continuous loop wasting PW combos. ****I wouldn't need to bother my employer if ADP didn't break my password and reset ***** I was finally able to break out of your programming glitch and rest my password without bothering our busy HR department.

Incredibly slow regardless of network or phone model. Most functions take up to 5 - 10 minutes to load, if they do at all. If need to easily access your schedule or timecard in a hurry, see what your company has posted or even just have basic easy sign in options (like not having to put a password in to log in every 10 minutes bc it keeps logging you out) Do Not Get This App!!
