This app is a great app until you either breath wrong or do anything at all and it takes away your access to do anything through the app They are so strict about everything it's impossible to even purchase an item worst app I've ever had for money I hope it honestly gets taken down!

Ever gone fishing and taught you had a big fish just to find out you got stuck on something had to break the line. Well afterpay will approve you but when you go pay online it's say sorry even know you approved or platforms does not approve all store on the site. Se you can go to store and pay alternate way basically scanning a bar code. And that don't work. All customer service can say and sorry must have difficulties been saying that for over 6 weeks now. Afterpay is a scam
I'm finally trying to use the app for something simple but it keeps saying it don't approve the order with a down payment. Why do y'all put cash on people accounts but don't allow anyone to use it. This app getting deleted ASAP

Ridiculous
I've used Afterpay a few times a few years ago and now when I tried to use it and it's saying do to my payment history they can't approve it but I've paid everything and when I try again it's says they can't approve pick and choose what they want to approve makes no sense.

The currency is not supported for this merchant
I never had an issue with Afterpay until recently, I was trying to make a purchase from Coco & Eve but when I wanted to pay with Afterpay I kept getting “the currency is not supported for this merchant” message. Afterpay agent is currently looking at this issue, hopefully they get back to me with a solution.

Pre approved amount is deceiving
Apparently this company does not work with certain stores and you are only made aware of the fact at checkout. Declined for less than I was approved for, then received a text that Afterpay does not work at this store. Embarrassing. Will not be using again.

Can’t add to Wallet
Love this app, but I've tried to add to my Wallet to pay digitally in store and I never receive the Code by text. I resend but still nothing. Is there maybe a glitch preventing me from receiving the code by text?
