Awful app. Freezes or doesn’t start
Having signed up and paid for 3 months it worked maybe 4 times. Most of the time it just has the network graphic as if it's about to open. And never does. Restart. Reinstall. No difference. Then when it has opened there is no way of saying check the subscription and it asks for a new subscription, then freezes when it checks and realises you already have one. Underlying product maybe great, this app for accessing that is useless.

I'm requesting a refund because I didnt know that it I will the first 1 week of your app, its says i have free trial for a day, but then when I click to continue my sabings on gcash was gone, I didnt mean to renew or subscribes to your app. Please help me refund my money I need that for my school purposes!

Remove Fraudulent Charge
I respectfully submit a formal request for immediate action to be taken against unauthorized subscription charges on my Apple Store account. It is deemed unacceptable and unlawful for the app to fraudulently attempt to charge me despite having unsubscribed from their trial within three hours of initiation of 7 days trial cancellation in full policy and conditions procedures followed. As an experienced software developer, I am well aware of processes & that this behavior is a complete violation of the terms and conditions for users and service development agreements, as well as Apple's software and legal entity. Despite several attempts to remove the app and unsubscribe, I have repeatedly been charged. Therefore, I urge you to remove these fraudulent and unlawful charges from my account, as it is the legal responsibility of the User-Service Providers to ensure compliance with the law and address breachments. I trust that the necessary action will be taken promptly to resolve this issue.
