Why can't i add a package id for tracking in the app ??

Worst delivery, they call you and you must answer in less than 3 seconds if you don't answer they just go.... 2 days straight same thing and my order has been returned...... don't use this s....t

Does not set intercom setting for new deliveries as is set as default in profile settings. Very, very annoying. Have been in contact with their support, but no updates.

Their delivery is very inaccurate.They promise next day delivery you pay extra and the delivery takes 3 days. Driver says he could not deliver because you were not at home but he did not even get to the address and you have been waiting outside for 20mins and this is not the first time. Never again.

Can't change mobile number or info in the app

Hopeless app, it is not possible to change mobile number without changing email address at the same time!

Hello! A few days ago I installed the app. Now it comes up that it crashes frequently. For information, I may not be alone in that problem. PS has tried to send emails, with a printscren, but the email address that is here does not work, just bounces back as undeliverable. DS

Too bad you can't give zero stars. The time in the app changes all the time, and it's not a minute here and there. It's hours. At 22:32 it says that they are on their way and five minutes later I get a text message that they cancel due to delays. That they can't handle a time interval of five hours is totally unserious and amateurish. Never Airmee again.
