Half of the time the packages don't even arrive on time, they always get delayed by a day or two, they leave the package outside the door while it's raining, not under the porch roof, but outside of it so the package is exposed to rain. They also tend to leave the package at the wrong house most of the time. These employees are the worst.

It is totally useless. You can't select Add it to the mailbox in the app. And since we don't have names on the door, it's not enough to ask them to leave the door. They always arrive very late. And those who drive out barely understand the language. If you have the opportunity, choose another representative. I have problems every time I've been forced to do this by Amazon. Will stop buying from Amazon because of Airmee

They are totally unserious who send the poor drivers all over to make the transport as inefficient as possible. They hire tax evaders and criminal "subcontractors". It is shamefully unserious and no one should ever hire.

Amazon says that the product has been delivered to the Airmee. The Airmee said that it is not delivered to them. After 2 weeks in the dark, it is reported that the package is lost. How a package with a two meters dimension can be lost! Also, there is not a single phone number for this company, and the waiting list for chat is more than two days.

I ordered a present for my partner. The package was supposed to arrived two days ago. A delivery man cancelled the delivery twice. He even sent a notification that he will arrive in 1min and 5min on each days. I was waiting outside of my apartment for both days. The delivery man didn't show up at all and then postponed the delivery day again!!!!! There is no phone number or service to call or send to the delivery man which is very inconvenient.

My last 6 delivery drivers have not been able to find my door despite my instructions being insanely clear (Literally this 🤏 close to writing down coordinates) Furthermore they keep delaying my deliveries despite driving through my city and past my parking lot I can and wait for hours only to get a last minute message that my delivery that was “1 minutes away” has been moved to tommorow Not okay please fix this!

A real joke company that never delivers the packages.

Great delivery company. Always speedy deliveries and seldom any hiccups. The app is very simple and functional. I do miss the option to leave instructions for the delivery person, or at least a "do not disturb" checkbox in case someone is sleeping so there's no knocking or ringing the door bell.

The are THE worst delivery company, I think I have 6/7 packets from them, they manage to miss it every single time : 100% failure 👌
