Deliveries from Airmee are guaranteed to spoil your entire evening, with constant updates that your package “arrives in 1 hour... arrives in 35 minutes... arrives in 1 minute” most often followed by “Unfortunately I was unable to deliver your items”. This has happened every single time we've had Airmee for delivery. Unfortunately Amazon in Sweden uses them - which I will be complaining to Amazon about. But if you can choose for yourself - don't choose Airmee.

Airmee never manages to deliver according to plan. Always delays, postponed or cancelled deliveries and missorted or lost packages. Often you get a message that the package will not be delivered about five minutes after you have received the message that the driver will soon be on site, if you even get any information at all. Useless customer service and generally service. I always avoid Airmee at all costs but some online stores have no other option and then you have to do it.

The delivery was good but the package was lumpy and a hole of 8x 15cm

The worst courier company I have ever dealt with, no contact from one day to the next, rescheduling the shipment. Bottom line and nothing more.

AVOID! The package was already delayed by several days and yesterday the courier called once for about 10 sec and I couldn't call the caller so I went down outside the gate. I meet the delivery man who has my package but who says that he is not allowed to give the package as I did not answer immediately and that he has already clicked in the absence of a pick-up. I think it's incredibly frivolous with big delays since the delivery time is between a 5 hour span and it is not possible to call either the courier or customer service

customer service sucks. delivery times are horrible (1700-2200). refuse to use airmee for any deliveries, including amazon.

Multiple times they've said they've made an in person delivery when they have not. You can be standing in front of your door and that say that they've completed the delivery. They don't take any responsibility so it falls on you to try to get a refund for the stuff that they did not deliver.

Delivers late at night if they even deliver your package at all when they say they will. If you can choose to pick up at a post office or other company for home delivery, do that instead. Avoid Airmee.
