I don't want my home security app to provide document storage! What an unnecessary "feature" to add. (Apparently the connection issue was due to the Clouldstrike problem. Resolved now.)

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
I've had times where the app claims that my front door is open. I'll drop what I'm doing to race back home only to find the door locked. Once I came home and the door was not only unlocked, but the wind also blew the door slightly open. Absolutely NO notification from the app that my door was open. Definitely don't recommend this company

I have the doorbell system out of service because I was without internet for 4 days and no matter how much I tried to install the doorbell, it doesn't work, they agreed to call me between 24 hours and 48 hours to give me an appointment, the 48 hours have already passed and nothing at all

We have it set not to record animals and it continues to do so . The settings are not user friendly .

The app lacks features and it's impossible to add new equipment. They want you to go back to the original installers so they can charge more money for what one can do itself

Recent update "new" feature gets in the way of actually using the app for what we wanted it for. Please consider allowing us the option of minimizing its presence or removing it until we choose to use it.
