Alight is the Worst leave solutions company ever created!!They are not consistent in sending your forms and when they do they deny them when all of the info is on the original "medical necessity" form...Do not waste your money getting std from them

It's a very poorly done web app. Doesn't save sign in information, you have to search for your organization and input login information every time you use it. After you're signed in, the search bar you used to find your organization never leaves the screen. Literally better off just making a bookmark in your web browser.

trying to reach out to youe support team and no one has the decency or professional manner to reply to my company work email which we choose to work with your not so friendly app. Hope someone takes the time off from their donut and coffee to do some work and reply to paying company employees.

Update made reimbursement difficult
After the update I can no longer get reimbursements on my phone. App doesn't load from photo album and there is no additional options for permissions in settings.
