I am no longer able to access Channel 4 content on my TV due the absence of an Android / Google TV app and broken Cast functionality. Given that the app has been available on Fire TV devices (which run a version of Android) for years, I have to question whether a deal was done to prevent the availability of the app elsewhere. If so, that is pretty shameful but, even if not, your inability to be able to deliver a functioning app is a genuine disappointment given the volume of quality content.

All the ads and then no program. Repeat.
I watch through Chromecast, or at least once did. Now it's impossible but strangely allows me to watch the five minutes of ads just to cut off when they are over. Weird right?

Unreliable
Very poor experience - constantly times out on trying to access. Always need to exit a programme when turning tv off otherwise you have to deinstall and reinstall. Only saving grace is the quality of programmes. Sort it out Ch 4

Terrible app
I tried getting the app on another device and I had to reset my password since I forgot it and and so I tried to set it up and it said incorrect password when I had changed it and now I am locked out of my account

Channel 4 on demand
Able to watch [phone] Sprint Quali highlights today via my phone on [phone] catch-up but having extreme difficulty watching it via my Samsung Smart Tv - why?!!!! Was in constant buffering mode after 1st ad break - couldn't get back to streaming . Not just for [phone] but for all catch-up programmes. Please let me know why so I watch rest of [phone] this weekend. (19.12.24). Thanks PF
