Please fix the error that makes it impossible to Drop Shift for FLEX associates. Already experiencing this for more than a month, some shifts just don't let you drop them and it shouldn't be like that per policy.

It doesn't even open for me. The circle that says it's working just keeps circling and never opens. Complete trash and useless.

I noticed yesterday, 4/20/24, that the app no longer opens. Just sits on the Amazon A to Z screen and never loads. And as others have stated, it's been really laggy since the most recent update. Edit: Had to uninstall, then install it again. Finally loaded after 15 minutes. The lag issues persist though.

Man, the app sucks now. The atoz app has been hot garbage since the last update. I've been trying to pick up VET for over a month now. Every time I get notified, I open the app within 5 seconds, and it says full. It's never available. It's some bs. I even wait and refresh an hour lately before the drop and as soon as It's posted. It's gone like the ashes from when Thanos snapped. Seriously, idk how these devs got hired they're straight 🗑 Says it's full no matter what.

The new update UI for the schedules is not flex employee friendly. The previous UI was easier to use this one makes you click more to get something done where the other one allowed you to do an action in one click. It was simpler.
