Crunchytoll portion is very poorly designed. You can't search for simulcast shows like you normally would on the actual crunchyroll app. Captions tend to lag and makes viewing sub content near impossible to enjoy.

Prime members can watch anime, dramas, and movies for free, but the anime you want to watch is charged, so you can't watch it casually. I feel like it's a half-baked service.

Invasive advertising. The app is well done but since yesterday advertising has been introduced. I would have accepted a few commercials at the beginning, but to interrupt the viewing to show the commercials, for me, is unacceptable. I will change the assessment when this policy changes. Meanwhile... I don't use the app anymore.

I took the Prime subscription to watch the movie but when I opened the movie it said that I would have to rent or buy the movie to watch it, so what is the benefit of taking the subscription even after paying?

Expensive. Most items need to rent. Or buy. I don't buy as I'm not sure how long I'll have Amazon prime. I find that some movies do not open quickly...if at all. I give up waiting for them to open. Frustrating.
