Bad app
Keeps erroring out on pay. Then blocks seats. Then after two tries seats are free again. Then errors out again. Whatever you did to make it better you made it stop working. Really bad experience.

Purchase
I have been suing the app over 9 years and this year I have been unable to purchase tickets on the app or website. The money comes out my account for a few hours but gets reversed. I know I'm Not the only one having this issues because I work at a bank an other customer have called and complained about there money pending but tickets were never emailed.

Don’t waste your time
Refused to help me with a simple log in problem. After spending all day, sending emails begging to be allowed to reset my password please I only eventually got an email saying get back to me in five days. I guess they didn't want me to go see a movie during the holiday weekend. I bought this app and started going to theaters to save the industry, but I guess it just wants to die. let it.

ANC Reminder Fix
The app is wonderful. Never have had any issues until recently where when you select the “remind me” for upcoming movies and it says “the reminder requested could not be found”. Can this be fixed? Is this a bug ??

Stupid.
Can't order from seat once the movie start time passes. Pointless to stand in line then have it delivered to the seat. If I'm in line I would just carry it my seat myself. So stupid. Epic fail.

No ticket confirmation
I ordered tickets for BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE and didn't receive a confirmation. We can't get in to see the movie without the confirmation. Your charging my bank account for the movie so I need that confirmation.

Not a happy camper!
I love my AMC however, something's about it I'm not happy with. Like I get charged my monthly bill literally a week before is due… I don't appreciate that, I pay a monthly bill which means you charge CC on the same saying course the following month but on the same date… not a week prior. Also, sometimes I try ordering my munchies on the app, and the app gives a lot of issues to place an order, again, that only happens sometines.

Love the service. All customer service is AI chat now.
Title says it all. Love the A-List access. Had an issue with the app and learned there is absolutely no way to encounter an actual human customer service representative. And was the AI able to solve my issue? Of course not.
