Gift card
I don't see a way to purchase tickets with a gift card. It asked for a 12 digit code and my card has 4 digits 🤷♀️

Money talks
I dont get why they wont do a refund if one never shows up. There's more theaters that will do a refund if you dont make it to the movie🙏look for an honest theater not a money interested theater

Terrible ploy
Having been a stubs member since 2013, it is really disappointing to now have to pay online fees to not only buy tickets but to also cancel having had a refund twice in the entire time I have used the app. Not every one has the time to become an “a” list member and see 3 movies a week. I also only have two people in my household. The solution would be deleting an app that pretends to be as it was, convenient. Bad move when other theaters compete just as eagerly…
