Called June 28th about needing help with arranging a payment, by submitting a Finnacial Struggle assistance form as I get an income in place. "All taken care of" was implied for my July payment, not my June payment as I was expecting. Made another call on August 8th to establish another Finnical struggle form for July. Come to find out, I'm 30+ days late for june.. No history of my struggle noted on my account. I have no way to deposit my check right now, and make a payment. Not sure what to do.

AFCU app

This App is horrible. I have multiple accounts with this credit union for years, including business accounts. If need to transfer funds to different accounts over the year, it does not allow it, even though the accounts are linked. This is frustrating. I have banked with this credit union for 28+ years. This App is not user friendly if you have multiple accounts. Also as a primary holder on accounts, just try and and take other users off your account. You will spend hours on the phone and get nothing accomplished. I wish this app had a slider to cut access to users that the primary account holder does not want them to have access any longer. If you need an App that allows for more dynamic banking, this is not the app that can help.

It has no language configuration, the interface is very basic and not very intuitive, the graphics are ugly.

I love the convenience

The convenience of this app is great and the transfers happen relatively quickly. One thing that I thought they use to have that I can no longer find is the ability to look up transactions or check numbers in a search bar for quick searches. They have to be scrolled now

I've loved this app for years. Great interface and is always up to date. However, the new card guard merger isn't working. I got a notification someoje tried to use my card and I can't turn it off. Never been able too. It just says there's an error
