As long as your flight is on time, no delays, or cancelations, American Airlines is tolerable. Once you cancel a ticket (of course you paid the extra money to cancel or change), miss a flight, or American cancels your flight, good luck. You might as well get a lawyer because American will go out of their way to not refund you.

first flight was delayed then my flight was canceled then I asked to book another flight they booked me on a flight to Charlotte NC where they had a hurricane planed was delayed again paid 100.00 dollars for overweight bag I ended up switching airlines I was at my destination on Friday I need refund thank you

This app is so buggy. Have had problems checking into flight and accessing boarding pass. Basically have had to go to website on my phone for both flights in order to do what the app should be able to do properly.

Straight up does not work. It will not you log in and will jam up your process for booking a flight and traveling. Don't download. It's not worth the risk.
