The app is very confusing, it's all over the place, to hard to navigate, for example, if you rent a car or hotel using their app, good luck trying to find those reservation numbers. It's an annoying, poorly designed airline app. Makes you fly with another airline instead of dealing with trying to find even your own account info.

Discriminates against people who speak English but are from other countries, won't let you sit in the seat you paid for.. Google UFC Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. The guy clearly can communicate better than the flight attendant who felt uncomfortable with him being in an exit row.. Racist

Travelled on AA 2557 from JFL to GEO. Jan 12, 2025. Upon boarding at JFK, I had to check my carry-on. Upon arrival, proceeded to Baggage Claim, only to discover my carry-on broke in two different places. This is unacceptable 😤
