Lost our luggage. Horrible customer service in the AA luggage office in Tulsa. Jason Martinez needs some more customer service training and a whole lot less sarcasm.

This started off horrible. My flight was constantly updating as delayed. it eventually just requested I pick a new flight. Things just wen5 downhill from here and it ended up being the worst flight I've ever taken. The passengers behind kept playing their music and videos out loud. the flight informed them they needed headphones. The request was ignored over and over again. I landed with the biggest headache ever. Then we taxied for 37mins. THE absolute WORST

Recent update made this app unusable on Google Pixel 8. Roll back the changes.

When I try to open the app, it constantly says "Not Responding". This is the only application on my phone that does this. It won't pop-up anything. I can only get it to work "sometimes" when I do a device restart. It will then revert to the same problem.

Recently I made a mistake on my post about American airlines. I will never use them again. I've booked my last 5 flights with them and the last three they stuck it to me with almost $300 in changes when I gave a two week notice of a change on my last one for a change. They're all about making money off you with any little hiccup that you run into! Do not recommend!!!!!!!

Never loaded all my boarding passes, let me check bags. During my connection it changed my flight to the wrong one and consistently showed inaccurate flight information. I also couldn't check in for my return flights so pretty much anything it should do didn't work.
