This app is horrible, it delivers when you want, and if you give up the purchase, it takes time to refund the money, even more so when it's by credit card, I'm being forced to pay for something that didn't even arrive, I won't buy it in this app. This is the last time and it's over! Don't buy from this app.

Total disrespect for the customer
Very good store until you have a problem 2 orders that I made a defective came I requested the exchange I have already paid 2 installments of the card and nothing to remove the product to be made the card chargeback and an order was simply not delivered contact with support always gives you 2 days to get in touch and nothing is solved and don't even try to talk to an attendant because it is impossible

Buy and withdraw with great confusion
The concept is wonderful: we buy through the app and within 3 hours the order is available. In practice: they "forget" to separate the order; The system doesn't update and amazingly: we've been without access for 3 days because they turned off the store manager and only he had the access credentials! Poorly trained staff. Slowness. Terrible service through all channels!
