Worst experience!
Worst company I've ever bought, I placed my order and when it arrived in my city the delivery man called me saying that the store had their website down and that he couldn't deliver, he would wait until the afternoon to go there again, when it continued not working, but he told me that he could deliver it to me as I was the sender and then just go to the store to write it off and guess what... they didn't let me go out with my product, apart from the poor service of the shopkeepers in Arcoverde -PE. After that I canceled and they sent me an email to pick up the product at the store to put it in the post office, I waited more than an hour and 20 minutes to inform me that I would not need it anymore. Store without any consideration for the consumer, with attendants who do not know the company's rules, no attendant knew how to solve the problem and this only caused more inconvenience.

About 5.6 years ago this americanas was the best store to buy because of the low prices, (I bought a lot), now it's saltier than magalu, which is already absurd the prices, americanas is managing to be worse kkkk it's a pity... Only doesn't beat Havan, which is a robbery, while all the stores are 1000, there are 3000 kkkk

When at the time of payment if we have a voucher to deduct from the purchase amount and do this the app has no more payment options it only appears to put the credit card number and there is no option to pay with debit card or return or payment menu and choose another way to complete the purchase that's why I'm giving only 3 stars
