What's happening??? Neither the website nor the app works. With great difficulty I managed to change my password, but there is NO way I can log in and WORSE man, it's locking my cell phone on your screen and it doesn't come out at all, just restarting it. It's terrible.

I don't recommend it. I made an online purchase of 2,200. I waited for it to arrive. On the appointed day, he did not arrive. They told you to wait another 5 days. Then, in the app, it said it arrived. But I went to the American stores. They said they delivered it to another house for someone else.

Very bad.... does not complete the registration!! If you can avoid the Americanas store in the Tatuapé mall, Avoid it!! People rude as hell!! When I entered I asked if they accepted vouchers in the store, they said yes.... at the cashier they said it's not that it was only through the website.... then you will see it also does not accept!! I will never answer a survey that offers a voucher to spend at Americanas again!!

Easy and fast The APP has dropped in quality, there are times when it crashes on the screen and I am forced to press square to go to the home screen, close the APP and open it again for it to work normally. Not even pressing the 3 dashes or the back button works. It has to be square. But in terms of purchase, it continues to deliver well what is ordered.
