It works,but the clarity is not the best. It seems like the camera needs to be disconnected from the battery to reset it. This happens more often then I would like. I use it for security at our cabin so disconnecting the battery is not an option till I get there.

Very unhappy with the outdoor camera. Detects once out of two. Very average after-sales service. Barely 6 months of installation and already a lot of problems. Aubert François

Horrible. 3 hour wait in question for tech assistance, still waiting . Requested a call never got a call. Worst customer service ever

Can't customise noise, so don't know if someone is commenting on a Facebook photo or stealing your car. Glitch app. Slow. Often non responsive. 1 camera has started taking photos, instead of video, and I can't work out how to change back.

Even though I am one of the admins of my system, the app won't allow me to add a device, and my wife who, because she is the original admin, should have the power, cannot because it just sits there... loading forever. All this because I had to factory reset my router. The wifi hasn't changed a bit, so there's no reason anything should need to be reconnected, but it does. Not very happy with Arlo.
