Non-intuitive application. Even the installer had to call the Arlo hotline. He had to call and call non-stop for 45 minutes, and after 4 passes through the switchboard where he was forced to give and re-give the secret codes out loud, hello security, have an approximate answer! A sketch. I'd laugh about it if it didn't affect the security of my home!

The operation of the app is suboptimal. Other providers can do this better. No buy recommendation from me.

Buggy App - Can't install anything!! For couple days I am trying to add devices to Arlo thru the App and Desktop. Nothing works. Called tech support, and they admitted that their software is buggy. Who in the hell allowed this software to be released. Being a guy in IT, it is unbelievable that their developers pushed this software for release!! Just unbelievable!!

I'm happy when it works. Does not record motion/activity as much as it should. I will get a motion alert but no recording. Have had people walk up to my door and get nothing.

The app updated itself and not longer showing the devices. I have uninstalled and installed the app again, still can't see the devices. Haven't try to remove the device and set it up again, but probably won't do it as it's a waste of time. Useless app and very NOT user-friendly.

Upgraded doorbell. Had to download new app. Broke my lights. Not a fan of your subscription-based model after purchasing the product either. New feed is horrible. Whole interface became more complicated.

I'm not getting notifications or the feed. What happened? Everything was working just fine until today.
