Asana Rebel keeps advertising the somatic yoga that is non existent on the app. Just a scam to lure more people to buy the app. I always thougth it was a nice app and trustworthy. Turns out, it's not.

great combination of HIT and yoga exercises, tips for a healthier life, recipe ideas and much more. Unfortunately, some transitions in the workouts are not quite as smooth and you have to be careful quickly. The very physical trainers are also not necessarily the "normal state" and should be replaced in part by a more realistic body image.

The training sessions are good, as is the fact that we are pushing for consistency. On the other hand, I'm disappointed because you have to pay a subscription that is not so expensive for the year but still substantial. Once subscribed, the number of workouts isn't amazing, and some features are irrelevant. A "skip-free" filter would be more useful than a water tracker for example. Also, the application is not fluid at all, it lags when you scroll, big performance problem even on a good phone.

Nothing recommended because of the risk of injury, since it is an app and you know that it is not the same as live, anyone with back problems is going to hurt themselves a lot, especially if you have no previous knowledge of yoga. I'm a dancer and it's been difficult for me to do most of the exercises. I don't like it

Disappointed, casting don't work. Trying on LG WebOS TV and Windows 11. Same issue - black screen when exercise start. Using only on mobile device is very limiting :(

Hello, I just bought through PayPal a program for a whole year with you, when I went to activate the green button it did not work, I have the PayPal message where the payment is recorded but I have not received a message from you and the app does not recognize me when I want to access it, do you solve this problem for me? I hope to receive a response from you soon, so that I do not have to cancel the payment and can enjoy the service of the app Greetings Daisy

I switched my phone and was not able to access my paid account even after following proper protocol. Customer service was not able to understand that my information was provided multiple times already. It's unfortunate because I did enjoy the few times I was able to use the app.

Unable to unsubscribe, contact button not working, tried changing the password if it was wrong, couldn't change the password using the button in the email, it did not work. Tried to mail the company, but they did not react. The app is good, but I did not use it enough, and I was planning to just let the subscription run out when my card changed. That is when the problems started.
