Wouldn't download it again. The sequence of exercises is much too fast for beginners. More of a gymnastics unit. If you have to click back all the time to look: how was that thought now? , it has nothing to do with yoga anymore. Besides, there is no plan. You can just click on videos and try to imitate them. You can also do that on Youtube. Free. What a pity.

app is definitely not suitable for a beginner. If you are not yet that flexible, you will not receive any tips on how to get there or alternative exercises or poses.

No casting option.

I like the exercises but it is so frustrating to try and follow on a phone because it can't be cast to the tv. I will not be renewing due to this.

SUBCRIPTION HOLE. I made an account and paid a one off payment (which I thought was the case) only to find i made a subscription, I cannot find a confirmation of this or even remember ticking the subscription box.

I subscribed during the corona period, sometimes I exercised. However, the subscription goes further, it is impossible to cancel it! A few months ago, they neatly took off about 70 Euros. I find an email in spam (they say, they are increasing prices), write and explain that I do not use the application, please return my money (about 7 days later). I've been waiting for an answer for over 2 months. If I don't get it now, I'll go the other way.

HOW TO USE THE APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
The download of Asana Rebel is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.
