It is absolutely incredible that there isn't an option to set custom delivery instructions. You're a delivery company! The amount of time wasted having to travel to collect packages that would've otherwise been delivered if this option was available is shocking.

Can you please fix your app. My parcel was out for delivery yesterday for less than 30 seconds It came up saying it was going to be delivered then disappear back to its on its way. I had to call Australia Post to find out what was going on. As It was a signature on delivery. They couldn't see the problem so they had to call the dispatch center where the parcel was. This is the second time it has happened I have another delivery this week so can you please fix your app.

Useless delivery company
Haven't delivered one package this year, every package I've had to drive 20 k's round-trip just to pick the package up from the post office this is not delivery. 100% faill Australia Post

usually really good. they have had 1 package of medical cannibus go missing that cisted $150 the dogs

Needs improvement. The tracking is fine however, the app QR code is no longer displaying I show them the app for parcel collection and it only shows the collection number. The person who served me did not want to punch in the number in his computer, so I had to locate the collection barcode in my email. It wasn't a pleasant experience... He was lazy.

Not notified of deliveries waiting collection
I have had multiple deliveries where I do not get notified the item is ready for collection. I have to back track from my original order. Very frustrating.
