Customer service

Tried to get an answer from customer service- got answers in circles- no answer at all!! Cc deposited cleared from my bank but did not post to my account- should b posted! No help my b answering my questions-

Constantly having my card blocked while trying to make purchases WITH MONEY AVAILABLE! I have tried to unblock my card TWICE already and STILL can not use it. Customer service said they would get more information from me to unblock my card, and it still does not work. Worse credit card, EVER! I have 2 other credit cards and NEITHER give me this much issue with using them.

Can’t even get a new card

Worst experience I've ever had trying to get new card. Will not be using card ever again. Mostly cause I can't get new one. Thanks for not much help.

I have been a customer of Avant for over a year. I have never missed a payment and every time I try to use my card, it is declined. How can it be declined and my payments are on time? I asked for an increase and was declined. This card isn't worth the time or effort.

Worse company to deal with. Won't set due date that helps the customer. Charges fees and then doesn't remove them when the customer is right. Wish I had never got their card! Once paid off will cut up this card. Bad business practices all around!!!!
