The absolute worst agency you could ever get a loan or credit card from
Let me start with a few things. First, they are terrible with customer service. I tried asking for help because they charged me twice and the woman who answered the phone made me feel like I was stupid. I explained to her that the charge came out in August and also in September she told me that no it didn't and that they're two separate charges that I had given consent for that second charge. This has been an issue with every person that I know that has the service. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING. And don't expect any issues to be resolved. There is no empathy, no consideration or kindness.

No keyboard
There's no keyboard that pops up when you're trying to manually enter a different amount you want to pay. That needs fixing. It's either the fixed amounts, minimum, maximum amount. The “Other” option needs fixing.

This company is ripping you off
I spoke with the agent on the phone today and they informed me that my payment which was received and accepted on the 1 st of the month won't be available to use until the 9 th of the month. I'm pretty sure what they are doing is illegal

The app no longer works so I will not use my card until it does it absolutely will not load it tells me that I need to download the most new updated version when I click on the button it says to click on to download the updated version it goes to a plain white screen and stays there forever I'm glad that I got my card paid off before this happened and I absolutely will not use my card until the app is fixed in fact if the app is not fixed soon will be closing my account

There are deposits that are not mine. Customer Service needs to take them off of my card. Someone has hacked in my account, this is fraud. I always just make a $25.00 payment. Please review my account. Also my balance is outrageous & I would never ever charge that much. Please take care of this so my balance will go back to what it is suppose to. Again I am not responsible for all them deposits. I have been a valuable customer & whoever did the deposits, it's FRAUD. Thank you Pam Hawkins
