It was alright until I had to yse the card some for an emergency they upped my APR and started charging me an annual fee. As soon as its paid off this card is go8ng to be canceled. DO NOT USE OR APPLY FOR THIS CARD.

Avoid Avant at all costs. I have only had the card for about 9 months. Trying to rebuild credit and always paid on time.I recently received an email stating they were changing the terms and increasing my APR to 35% and adding a $107.97 annual fee. Avoid them !!!

High interest rate and for some reason they locked my card with plenty of credit left, and no missed payments always paid early and more than minimum. Spent hours on the phone multiple times to unlock card... preformed a re-set didn't work. Called back, preformed a "hard reset" and still card is locked. One more phone call and still nothing. Gonna close account and move on. Card and customer service is absolutely atrocious. Steer clear.

communication is terrible. reps talk over you and just repeat a prompt over and over. Will threaten to end a call because you get loud or use words they don't appreciate yet won't shut up and listen to a word you say.

The card kept declining I called customer service and they said it was the fraud department flagging the card, they reset the card and it worked , this has happened on two separate occasions. Made a payment to pay off the full amount on the card and 5 days pass by and it has not updated my card balance , I called customer service they said it will take 8 days to post to the card and update the amount available. 🙄 That's bull . The app on my phone seems to be working great, no issues

Started out good...ended up the worst credit card contract ever. They decided to start charging a Monthly fee as well as a yearly fee to have the credit card. Enormous interest charge and huge monthly charge . I am closing this account nlow due to the above reason. I do Not recomment them to anyone now.
