Avive - Product Description
Who knows? You might be next door to someone requiring CPR - right now - but you won’t know until you hear the sirens arrive, and then it’s too late. When 911 operators suspect someone is in cardiac arrest and determine that CPR and an AED might be helpful, they can initiate an alert notifying nearby rescuers - those with the Avive™ App - that someone needs help. Responders receive a push notification alerting them to the emergency. When the alert is accepted, the Avive App provides a map of how to reach the sudden cardiac arrest victim as quickly as possible. Details of the response, such as which responders accept the alert and are making their way to the victim, are shared with 911 telecommunicators to aid in the rescue attempt. The Avive App comes with a free online training course on how to assess a victim, when and how to perform CPR, and how to use a life-saving AED. When it’s available, owners of the Avive Connect AED™ will be able to wirelessly receive Avive AED™ device information, like its location, readiness status, expiration dates of electrode pads, and more, directly within the Avive App.
