Wish I could give this less stars. Forces you to use their app for your ticket or incur fees. The app forces location data. Massively unethical and a huge invasion of privacy in order to profit off of your customers data with forced "consent". Abusive towards customers just to squeeze an extra penny. In total seriousness everyone in society hates you and your ilk: the artists, the consumers, your family. Please leave this company and start a life of moral integrity

Unbelievably Bad App
I have given up on some shows because of the horrible performance of this app/site. Multiple attempts to purchase only for it to freeze up or reject payment for no reason. Took me an hour to buy Stones tickets. I don't know how AXS stays in business other than being a monopoly for a lot of events.

Worst app
If you're going to force me to download your terrible app just so I can go to a concert, please just save my password or let me transfer the tickets to apple wallet. I'm so tired of resetting my password while half drunk in line for an event. Please for the love of god find some way to provide an actual service as a company instead of just being a useless leech on society draining the last remaining fun out of live events.

Most recent update has formatting problems
I can't buy a ticket on the app anymore, because the button to proceed is hidden under the seating chart, and I can't scroll and click at the same time. Yall are probably losing $$ on this issue lol

“Something Went Wrong”
That's the only message I've been getting for the last 3 months when I launch the app on my phone. Super frustrating AND stressful. What's going to happen when I show up a the concert this Friday at the Rams Head Tavern jn Annapolis??
