Can literally only get my tickets to an event through this app, downloaded completely against my judgment and will delete as soon as possible. Such shady business practice.

imagine you wake up to a venue and you want to buy a concert ticket, as youre paying a random guy walks up and is like hey in order to purchase this ticket you have to give me an additional 40%. you'd be like NO WHO ARE YOU. and yet this app does that. they take a lot of money for doing literally nothing. i could just as easily buy tickets from the venue except vampire leech companies like this make that impossible. thanks for nothing. i changed this review from 2 stars to 1 after i got an autobot response that had nothing to do with my review. good job apps. youre ruining the world.

Got transferred tickets for my birthday and I still haven't gotten the tickets, no matter how many times I would update or refresh, it wouldn't show up. Even randomly at times when I'm on the app it'll sign me out and ask me to log in multiple times

Unable to get past the login. Judging by other reviews, they know about this. Selling tickets is excellent. Allowing people to use them doesn't seem to be as important. Can you give a negative grade?

Terrible App, doesn't work at all, when you try to sign in, you get an error message. This app is needed to view your tickets to be shown at the venue to gain entry, but since you can't sign in, you can't view them. Worst ticketing app out there. Customer service is rubbish, and can't help with the issue. Have contacted Axs using the link, and still have the same issue, half of the time the chat service doesn't work anyway.
