Doesn't work. The app closes right at the start or after putting in ID and phone number. I'm locked out of the system. We shouldn't be dependend on such faulty system and we shouldn't give the government such tools in the first place. Ridiculous.

I am about to change banks, and when I try to link my new BankID to the app, it shows the message "You have BankID from several banks. Choose which BankID you want to link to the app." The problem is that it is not possible to click on any of the banks in the list - nothing happens - and it is thus not possible to move forward. Clearly you don't test changes properly before they end up in production.

Can't complete bank id creation. I get a message that I have bank ID from several banks and that I have to choose which one it applies to, but it is not possible to press anything.

bankid still does not work, gets error message saying "BankID stops repeatedly" and throws straight to a website about different error codes without giving me an error code about what is the problem. This should be fixed soon. Was inside the bank (Sparebank 1), they didn't get it either, were handed a code chip temporarily until BankID manages to fix this mess. Device: Samsung S23+ Android version 14 One UI version 6.1

I recently switched banks, then have two bank IDs. When I activate the app, I get all the way to after SMS verification, but then I can't press any of my banks, and the only possible key is cancel. Have also notified the bank now. The same error does not happen on ipad, there I can easily carry out activation. The error only happens on my mobile (Android). And why do we have no way to report bugs ourselves?
BankID - Product Description
BankID is its own company together with BankAxept, and is no longer a part of Vipps. That means that our app has moved to our own developer account at Apple, and moved out of the Vipps account.

With the BankID app you can identify yourself, confirm payments and sign documents.

The app meets official security requirements and can be used to:
- Log in to public services and banks
- Sign binding documents electronically
- Confirm online payments

Instead of using the one-time password from your code device or confirm with BankID on mobile, you rather approve requests directly in the app. The BankID-app is used together with your social security number and personal password.

To get started you need to have a BankID certificate issued by a bank. At the moment only people with BankID from certain banks can activate the BankID app*. Check where your BankID is issued at bankid.no/privat.
