Not very useful
It's just an app no different to any other banking app. Would be useful if there was a a way to track total bill amount each month. Like Monzo. Monzo app is so much more useful .

New mobile transfer issues
I transferred the Barclays app to my new mobile phone to learn that I have to wait 4 days to make payments to a new payee. With my three local branches closed I'm helpless and furious.

Be careful
Joined 4 days ago thought big bank would be good but what they don't tell you is that they will hold your money hostage for at least 4 full working days before you can transfer money to people like you landlord even called up trying to fix problem was informed that it could possibly up to a week due to the bank holiday not happy Barclays will probably be closing the account the moment you let me have my money

Almost perfect but keeps resetting to home page
I've got loads of banking apps and this is pretty good, can do everything in 1 place. However, even though I have it set to 30 seconds lock, if you flip from one app to another it correctly keeps me logged in, but resets to the homepage. Several times I've been halfway through applying for something, flipped to say the calculator for 5 seconds, flip back and it goes to homepage and you lose your application and have to start again. That's incredibly annoying. Fix that and it'll be perfect.

The app fails to work after updating if u got a older phone now I can't get my online access to my funds and there's no clear way to sort this . Leave this bank alone been nothing but trouble

Lost card.
Terrible. I have been trying for over 6 mth to access my account but in able. Card lost and forgot my pin. Please help I am in Australia so no bank to go to. B

No paste
Didn't allow you to paste details in when creating a new payee account. This makes it unnecessarily awkward to create a new Payee. Also during the process of switching between apps to check details to type in, it logged me off and I had to restart from the beginning setting up the new payee. I was quickly switching between apps so it should not have logged me off.
