BBC Weather - Latest Quality Issues

Using since long time Simple and accurate. However with latest update we cannot use it without registering. I'm not sure why BBC would need me to register for a weather app!? Mostly on the way to trash now...

Your forecast in unavailable 10 times a day. It's a pathetic app. Asking for all permissions possible and to log in. And still doesn't work half the time. Pathetic!

Apps OK, information not very accurate. You only have to look out the window to see how wrong it sometimes is. Also not happy that you have to sign in, more data mining.

Mandatory sign in? For a weather app! No. Used this since 2012, uninstalled because of that

Uninstall this app after being told I need to sign in who does BBC think they are. It's a weather app we pay BBC to provide us with this information...?

Seems to be becoming more and more inaccurate and unreliable almost on a daily basis. The headline graphics are also poor and give the wrong impression. For example, if rain is predicted for just part of a day the black cloud graphic gives the impression of rain all day when in fact most of the day is dry and even partly sunny. A rethink of design would be beneficial.
