A bit complicated for novices like me.

And then, Betclic cancels my bet even though Tsitsipas has won the match. I am deeply outraged and disappointed in this site that I thought was "reliable"

Top app. I'm sorry about the update with the team statistics, too many details and you get lost, I much preferred the statistics of the team match and during the live too... nothing?!? And a section to bookmark matches would be nice!

When I first withdrew, my supporting documents were never accepted, which led to the deletion of my account as well as winnings, impossible to contact them by email or phone it's shameful and it's theft. I strongly advise against it!!!

Poker at Betclic presents a level where it seems impossible to win, no matter what cards you have in your hand. There are apparently a lot of bots that consistently win games, which makes the game disappointing. The platform lacks oversight and control, which raises concerns about how they handle players' money. I've filmed several games where it's obvious how it's possible to lose every time. There is no assurance that we are playing against real people. Be vigilant. Other apps seem much more reliable and credible.

The app is good but no commercial gesture made, very disappointed with Betclic compared to other bookmakers
