This has been a nightmare trying to get this app to work so no thanks please tell me how to turn off prescription for this app? As soon as possible before I get charge for another month that I have not used any of it.

I love the app but I have paid for the app for 2 months n bc I clicked the forget password, i put email to send the link, I can't even get in because everything froze then says not responding so I never recieve a forgot email link . So haven't watch any shows but they still receive payment..wish the problem could get fix and I receive some months free payment. I also believe the TV show content should stay up-to-date bc we pay for the app to watch the shows for those who don't have cable!

I really don't understand why pay every month for BET plus, just to have to purchase individual episodes for certain seasons. A waist of money and time. I've canceled BET plus and was very upset to do this but it's a rip off, if you ask me. Wouldn't recommend.

Ok my people I've been trying to deal with this app but come on now. You have to go in the app for it to freeze, then close it out to reload it, wait another 5 minutes for the app to let you in. Ahhha, finally in the app only to find out y'all don't have to updated seasons of your own shows!! How does that work? Hulu has the updated seasons of your original shows! That doesn't make us look good. And y'all are cheating me out of the ending of each episode! Like really? It's time to fix it
