Was my favorite
This game was my absolute favorite. Now since their most recent update, I have to delete and reinstall this app every 24 hours if I want to play on my iPad. I installed it on my iPhone, which has the same operating system and there are no issues. So what is be done to fix this? My understanding is, I am not the only one with this issue on the iPad.

Money Grab
Rewards are impossible, and packages are expensive and don't provide nearly what is necessary to progress. They just want you to spend spend spend. And now ads? Not even worth it. There are better bingo games out there.

The truth is that this game doesn't work anymore. You play 160 tokens and it only gives you one bingo and therefore one piece. The 4 pieces. 5 and 6 very few. They almost don't come out. Weeks go by and they don't give you anything. The collections are the same. The same pieces always come out. It doesn't give you tokens, pink tickets, and in many cases not even balls. If they think they've upped the game, I doubt it. A lot of people are quitting gambling. In the end, it's you who lose.

Worst app ever. Don't purchase anything through this app. It will take your money but not give you your purchase. I've reported this issue to support many times. Of course they did nothing but credit you the items due to you. On 15 April, 2024 I purchased a daily package. The app took my money but did not give me my items. I reported it to support; no response. The next day, April 16, 2024 while playing a 160 token game, the app simply closed out. Once again I reported, support is yet to respod

Worst game ever
I used to play this every day, but in the at LEAST the past 6 months or more, it has not been a fun game. I've waited for many months, even after doing the ‘best rewards' 320 tokens, to get ore than 1'sones'. Even if it shows up on my boxes it doesn't go through. It used to be so much fun to play, but it has turned into money grubbing App. Once I'm done using my tokens I'm going to delete. I've had to contact ‘SUPPORT' with never ending issues. Going to look for a ‘fun' bingo. Very disappointing

You are a scammer. In 80 and 160 token games, no more than 4-5 BINGO is played. The assistance does not work and does not compensate for crashes. Personal houses are not counted and the same items are always found. The non-existent rakes.. BAD GAME

Game freezes
I have been waiting ages for an answer as to why the game won't load I have to uninstall and reinstall also lately I have noticed how hard it is to play doesn't seem to matter how many coins you spend when you play you don't get the rewards that we used to. Interesting to see other people have had the same freezing problem going back a couple years - suppose I've got a bit more time to wait for my answer then 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

It used to be great, but now it's really bad
Games for about 3/4 years until five months ago the game was great In the meantime, it is getting worse by the day. If you write the support then standard reply will come. Be an advertisement a few days after every game, that's incredibly annoying
