Not using again

After checking the price of bitcoin all week for an instant reward of VERSE. I was not rewarded with said prize. I contacted help which, after explaining the situation, the support team sent me a link for some free BCH. The link takes me to the App Store and that's it. I feel like I've been scammed all week. If I don't hear back by the end of the day I will delete my account

Terrible experience. Buy bitcoins and at no time do they report high fees. Only after buying, the amount charged appears in the detail. From 138 dollars I was left with 120, and to withdraw they charge the same. The problem is the moonpay shopping platform. For me it's a scam

Long delays

Coinbase or Binance or even Uphold is better than this. I wait hours for some bitcoin i purchased. Also ordered some Ethereum and waited 5-6 hours then contacted support they went to talk with moonpay and reverted my money back. They are very slow with sending and receiving that's for sure
