I don't know what the issue is with moonpay but they refused to verify my ID. And they refused to tell me what was wrong. They just tell me that it's non-compliant. But no specifics. How can I correct whatever the issue is if they ignore my messages? For me, this app sucked!!! Support agent just completely ignored me. I would give it zero stars but there's not an option for that. UNFAIR, UNETHICAL!!!

Was a good app. Unusable after update. Trying to buy.. just get 'please wait a moment while we set up your account'.. more like forever. Going to try another app.

Worst gabarge lost 30$ first time I used this and support will help you with absolutely nothing. They are more busy putting all responsibility away than actually assist you. 5 weeks and all money gone. Backup is also 100% useless loosing all my btc each time I have had removed the app the backup NEVER backup your Wallet content = total lost 230 $

When I was setting up my account somehow my country changed from the U.S. to somewhere else and I could not go back and fix it. Been online with Customer service for almost an hour and their app kept telling me no screenshot are allowed I kept telling the person that and he kept telling me to take a SS. How when the app will not allow me to take a SS. We'll I can not verify my phone number and I was called a lier because of their apps BS. I had hopes this app was good but no more. 0 Star review

Omor this wallet lost my coins oo, after sending the receipts wallet address, the next thing I saw was that the wallet address code just changed to another strange codes entirely. I fear my head oo ah.
