I signed up after email verification, but when I inquired about it because I didn't have the authority to write the post, they kept replying the same way by email, saying that they couldn't tell me the conditions. I signed up for the first time and didn't even have a chance to write an article, so I couldn't do anything wrong, and they didn't tell me how to solve the problem, and I don't know why there is a customer service.

There doesn't seem to be an option to disable them, hence I had to silence the entire app. Bad!

In addition to the faculty and staff e-mail authentication, it is said that separate authentication is required (business card) It is difficult to issue a business card, so I asked again if it is not possible to authenticate documents such as employment certificates. The same answer comes back like a parrot. If you make an inquiry by e-mail, it should be a question and answer, but I don't know why the customer service is answering with a duplicate comment. At the very least, there should be a degree of sincerity to read and revise the content with comments such as difficulty. I know you're busy, but I'm not sure if it's in line with the duty of customer service. +You replied that I would ask you to re-inquire, but I had already inquired twice separately, and if you look at the response I received in the email, you can't tell me to re-inquire. I've already received parrot-like answers several times. So I sent an email saying I knew it wouldn't work and would give up. It is said that it is not possible to prove that you are employed with a certificate of employment, so there is nothing more to inquire about.
