Videos are not saved/cannot be displayed on sync 2 module. There is only a push notification, motion detected.... So the whole thing is pretty useless ...

Outdoor cameras work, but Modul does not recognize USB sticks, although formatted correctly and everything as it should be. Please fix errors so that the videos can be recorded again without a subscription. If this is not repaired, the cameras are useless for me.

1 year ago I was given the 3 oudtoor cameras and one of them q is the one that is least used is causing me problems the batteries do not last even 1 month I sent email to the technical service and they answer q look for the solution in the solutions chat where I already wrote lots of times and it does not appear q problem can be x that I put 3 stars only because in the end they do not give the solution.
