Garbage garbage garbage.... Clips no longer load to cloud for viewing and cameras outright do not work. Biggest waste of money and time. Support offers no help. Says I have motion but video never shows up. Garbage!!

I've had the Sync mod for 2 years. Kept losing local storage? Finally figured out the Samsung mem stick was overheating. Added an extension, but it still drops out on occasion. The app itself is not intuitive. Support says to use features (Storage Switcher menu) that don't exist. I've never found this elusive, top secret menu. Reasonably happy with battery performance (especially the 4 battery option). Pic quality on Blink doorbell is ok, the Outdoor Cam 4 is better, but batts for if res is high

The fact that you can not reset the module from your phone is insane. If power goes out and comes back on or If the module has an issue with wifi or just randomly loses connection like it has been doing since yall update is insane you can't reset it remote from your phone. Do better ! Simple features.
