can not download link and keeps giving me a error code

since yesterday nothing works anymore, I can't get into my account anymore. Do not receive a verification code via SMS. App uninstalled and reinstalled nothing works. 😡 Subscription is now canceled until it works again!

Not that great so far. The app is incredibly slow! It takes ages to actually open a camera view and then it's very limited.

Recently my system hasn't been recording all the detected motions as it used to. I will receive the notification to my phone every time, yet half the time, there will be no recorded clip to view. It is sporadic between both indoor and outdoor cameras. I cleared the memory of my USB stick, reset my internet modem/router and still the cameras will record clips randomly. I'm not sure if the sync modules themselves are prone to failing after time or what the problem is.

this is a good setup for basic observation of the home,but sometimes it loads slow.

It's cheap fee wise, but so is the service. Half the time a camera will randomly desync & you can't click it to live view & it won't capture. Here recently the sound has been choppy, coming in & out the entire live view. Rarely do problems every get fully resolved in a timely or easy manner, but the support team is usually pretty understanding.
