Interest rate on savings?
New customer here. Savings account - where is the info on interest rates? “Call the bank” - really? Why is there an app, if I wanted to call the bank?

Truly Incompetent
Whoever is programming this app must be incompetent at their job. No other banking app I've used has had this many problems. Not only does the “Remember Me” option not function, but neither do the “Face ID” or “Passcode” options. The app also forces you to use SMS 2 Factor authentication which also does not work. After a couple of attempts my account was locked out and now I have to call or go into a branch tomorrow to get this sorted out. I joined BMO for the convenience factor, but if this is how they run their services, I question whether or not I should switch to a different bank.

Now I Can’t Access BMO Canada
Thanks, but now I can't access BMO Canada from the US. Stop the URL redirects and forcing me to Harris Bank.

Use any other bank. They will lock your account to prevent you from transferring money out of their account because it is deemed "suspicious" but they will still let you add money to the account because, of course, there is nothing suspicious abou that... I was told the process to unlock the account would take over a month. I needed to request parwork, sign it, and send it back to the bank.

This app does not work with password managers. It forces you to manually type in your password every time, causing people to reuse passwords.

Accused my iPhone SE of being obscene
I don't know what is with this app. Signing in is never fast, but I have gotten used to that. Today I tried to enable push notifications. My device nickname is Apple iPhone SE (2nd Generation). Believe it or not this app refused to allow me to set up push notifications, saying that nickname violates their obscenity guidelines. 😂 What?! I have a screenshot if the app developer would like to see it.
