App down almost every night
Quality experience except for the fact that you never know when it'll go down for maintenance for several after midnight, which has been an issue multiple times when I've needed to access my account - I work nights and these are my waking hours. Not everybody is on a 9-5 and sleeps when the app goes down. Maybe figure out how to keep your app running more consistently without the constant need to make it inaccessible.

Loan payoff
My loan shows an amount and when I get my payoff amount it is $850 more. After spending almost 30 minutes and given false information (late payments, neveff red happened !, etc ) I finally hung up. The amount you owe is the amount you owe!

Too many glitches
This app used to work fine but lately it has been way glitching too much. When I use my saved password to log in, the keyboard stays on the screen for the remainder of the time the app is open; I used to be able to click ‘done' and it would go away or just disappear when going to the next screen but now half of the screen is blocked off with the keyboard when trying to use it. Also when I use Zelle once I'm done there is no way for me to go back to any of the other screens or sections of the app. I have to exit and log in again. I've tried deleting the app and re-downloading but it didn't fix anything and it's get very annoying having to deal with these issues because I use the app frequently for checking balances and using Zelle.

This app is absolute trash. No matter how many times your enter the correct info it will lock your account and your have to call Customer support to unlock it. Absolute trash and a waste of time.

I really wish I could use this app but it's telling me I can't sign in because it doesn't recognize my log in information but when I go to the website that information works!!!! So I'm not resetting my password or username if it works!! There is no one to contact to fix it will probably just uninstall and just use the computer which is extremely inconvenient but whatever.
