When the app is working, it's a great, helpful app and easy to use. But I have found that often the app stops recognizing my current password and tells me its the wrong password. This can happen every couple of weeks to twice a week. I have found the solution is to uninstall the app and reinstall it or to turn off my phone and restart it. But it's an annoying bug and I wish they would fix it. If the solution is to change our password, we should be told that but less often than twice a week.

Once I'm in the app it works. I haven't had any problems. Welcome to the 21st century BMO. Logging in, however seems to be colicky. The only thing that really bothers me and this is a cry for help. Maybe you guys can adjust this sooner than later. On pay bills if I pay a bill why does it not deduct from the balance immediately? If I were going to use my debit card I would see the transaction immediately. The account balance should be adjusted right when you pay the bill.

Mobile/online Check Deposit Not Working
The check deposit is not working properly. It's not rotating the camera properly to line the check up. No matter how you turn your phone it doesn't work. Need to keep trying until it finally provides a menu for manually taking a picture of the check.

Fingerprint login has developed a glitch recently. The app prompts for fingerprint ID as normal when opening the app, but it does not accept it initially. You have to press the "Use fingerprint" button to go through the login again for it to work. Minor inconvenience, bit still an error. App is most recent update, and cleared data/cache to be certain it wasn't on my end. The error is duplicated every time app is run.

Just a little frustrating when I use my fingerprint & it doesn't log me in the first time. Everytime I open the app I have to do my fingerprint twice. Literally the only app I have issues with using my fingerprint to log in.

App won't accept my info when registering. States my info doesn't match their records and please check highlighted areas. There are no highlighted areas! Worst banking app I have encountered.
