Service is unusable for NOn-Poland phone Numbers. And it is terrible that is has monopoly over most services in Warsaw

Loses my scheduled appointments
I only use this because of my barber. I frequently get signed out of the app, I never sign myself out. Often when I sign back in my upcoming appointment with my barber doesn't show up under my appointments. Instead I see appointments from my old Barber from the state I used to live in, and haven't been to in over a year. Why?

No reminders from booksy about an upcoming visit
Booksy didn't send a reminder so I missed my appointment and collected the deposit, I usually get a reminder

I booked a barber and it required a deposit. Paid the deposit and a nine dollar tip was added without my consent. I've never been to this barber before!

No way to contact support. Was charged for service I never received because the shop was not open when I arrived for an appointment I booked on the app. There were several times listed at the shop. Fraud app.
