Terrible app. It hangs, logs out, sends a dozen reminders (also at night), a lot of errors.

Cancel problem
At 9am I made an appointment for 4pm same day. The business had the appointment as “unconfirmed” up until 2pm. So I cancelled it to book something that was “confirmed” (that's the point of this app right?) I still had to pay the cancellation fee. That's not right. How am I supposed to know if I'm booking with a legit business that only puts up times that it can confirm??

Logs out of the account.. Although you enter the same login address again, you do not log in, but create a new account. parody.. The search engine is some kind of bottom.. After searching, you can't go to the searched object anyway

I scheduled on 04.12.24 a haircut time, which was confirmed by email. Today I went to the barbershop and it said that it had no appointment for the service, I showed the email confirmation and claimed that the error was from the app. Now I honestly don't trust the app anymore.

After receiving 4 messages with appointment reminder etc... The day you provided me with the page it was closed. 😎So it's bad

I do not recommend booksy, I made a reservation through this application in a beauty center today December 7 at 12.30, after moving the place was closed and the owner of the establishment tells me that booksy did not confirm the appointment, to which I tell her that they have confirmed it to me, if not, I do not make the trip. The thing is that I was left with the morning lost and the service not carried out. I do not recommend the Carolina Spa Beauty Salon in Bormujos either

Once again a problem with the application, sometimes it registers an appointment at the wrong time, sometimes it doesn't register it at all, drama...
