Application takes too long to connect and most of the time it doesn't. Horrible

This app is awful. Instead of enjoying my newly bought very expensive earbuds, I am spending over an hour trying to connect and set them up. Bose need to hire better software engineers to work on this app. Disappointing. The app was functioning just fine 10 years ago.

Works as I need it to. . Could do with a 5 or more band equaliser. Volume and microphone sub par when making and receiving phone calls. Spatial audio to me is a bit of a gimmick. Noise cancelling is incredible however.

I use it with my NC 700 HP headphones. The headphones are spectacular. The app works well for making adjustments (EQ, touch controls, noise cancellation, etc.). I deducted one star because they should just remove the option to use with Google assistant. For many people (myself included) having Google assistant as the voice assistant causes most of the touch controls to stop working. Headphones work perfectly with the default voice assistant.

This app is difficult to use and unnecessary. I am deleting this app, and I recommend you do the same. This app attempts to track my browsing hundreds of times a day. I bought their product, and they still want to make more money off of me. Bose you make wonderful speakers, but you need to stop being so greedy.
