Don’t instal this
This app, instead of making the experience smoother is one of the worst things to happen for the earbuds. I use QC ii and the earphones pair normally on Bluetooth to the iPhone. But if I install and open this app, it shows the buds as connected but immediately starts creating issues with the pairing and connection to my phone and cancels out the output previously coming through. This is a buggy app and ruins the overall experience of a decent sounding pair of earbuds.

Terrible experience where is your QA??
In the middle of watching a show, our soundbar and subwoofer stopped working. No indication why. SO checks the app and he's logged out of my account. I'm not home. I come home log in and app can't find soundbar no matter what I do. Reboot, Factory Restore, reboot our router etc. It has an IP in the router but it goes through the pairing onboarding and then claims it can't be found in the app. I'm going to guess this was a bad firmware push but it makes the app useless. How many people did you do this to? Test your builds before releasing!!

When I try to select a noise canceling mode, the screen turns white and I have to press the settings button to change modes and use other functions. This issue has been going on for months, so please fix it with an update.

The earphones themselves are fine, but this rubbish app makes it really hard to use. Chinese earphones are more stable and I want them to be ashamed.
