Doesn't work when needed, can see speaker in Spotify, Alexa but this App sometime detects speaker and most of the time not. It's shame for such a expensive speaker crapy app. Got Soundtouch 30 and 10x2

Can't connect my soundtouch 300 to Android via wifi. But I can't turn off the music via Bluetooth. Next Bose we have a Sonos

Guys what did you do with an update? Soundtouch with alexa doesn't work anymore. Your ratings have fallen into the abyss (also in the alexa Skillstore) make nen rollback if you do not test it properly

Useless app
Bose make fantastic sounds systems, but their ability to develop a decent app is woeful. This app is unstable and constantly states that it has lost connectivity to WiFi and will not work. The customer service is a complete shambles and almost non existent. I've found that deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling resolves the problem, however this is far from ideal, to be fair it's pants! And the problem returns without warning. Bose, get your act together before you drive me to buy Sonos.

UPDATE: My sound bar 300 keeps dropping off for some reason lately and I have to keep reconnecting it. 25 ft away from router and no obstructions whatsoever. My kitchen speaker never has this problem and that has obstructions. And if Bose isn't going to take steps to resolve the Spotify connectivity issue, then it should just be removed.

The app has few features. I should give for example to change the sound source to TV in the app and not just in charge of the lifestyle.

I've had this soundbar for several years now. The sound is great. However, the app/Bluetooth connection is awful. All I can say is I wish I bought Sonus. Tried listening to music tonight...spent 10 mins trying to connect, then gave up. It works with my Xbox and TV, but that was a mission to get them set up. It's very disappointing for a high-end product. I won't be buying Bose again because of this. It's only out of embarrassment after bigging this system up to my wife that I haven't replaced it

Bose created an app to control your surroundings sound but mine is not listed. First the remote stops working then my system is not listed and now I can't even utilize my system. What's the purpose of creating an app if every system is not on it?!
