Here in 2024. Is anyone else having issues with Soundtouch 10 speaker and Spotify? Spotify connect no longer works and songs won't play through the SoundTouch app.

It never connects to the speaker. I've had a lot of problems with this app. I actually uninstalled it. I had to reinstall it to reset the speaker. But he never found it.

We have 3 Bose speakers. While they sound great, always an issue issue trying to connect via Bluetooth. The soundbar 300 is junk, no buttons, no screen, and completely useless without the remote which is needed to tell it to use an HDMI input which is a cable and has nothing to do with wifi, Bluetooth or the net. It should just plug in and work Epic fail here Bose! We won't be buying anymore stuff from Bose

I have three devices and the app keeps crashing. If I have to shut down my phone, then the app works again. More than annoying!

Trying to setup SoundTouch Portable and it need Location GPS turned on! WHY...WHY are u folks so idiotic..and make this so complicated?!?! All it should need is just Wifi..or Ethernet..but you can't click next in the setup because it need location turned on. Disgusting what Bose has become...always looking to gather all kinds of private info...sick!

Impossible to use does not recognize the Bose soundtouch 20 series III speaker, although it is connected to Wi-Fi. It reads as follows: Unable to establish connection,Something happened and it was not possible to add the speaker to your SoundTouch account Please try again later. EXIT SETTINGS.

Bose, lifestyle system or standalone speaker work perfectly, delivers a quality sound, clear, powerful, nickel but the Soundtouch application does not correspond to the Bose universe in any way. Disappointed by this app and no improvement over the course of the updates, too bad!
