Bit tempermental, sick of it failing at check out leaving me in limbo over if the order went though or not and then finding the whole basket again to re-order when it turns out it did intact fail to place the order.

Can't use the app to make payments with my card, making this app a little redundant right now. I also discourage anyone buying a voucher from these guys, as I decided to get a B&Q voucher to make it easier to make a purchase but I can't use their voucher either and they're refusing to give me a refund now.

Some items was unavailable for home delivery, also some items not easy to find. I have not got a car, so heavy items have to be delivered, its a nuisance that some items are not for home delivery.

If I don't use the app for a month or so, it logs me out and I have to block a till while I log back in again. It's my phone - no one else uses it, so don't log me out. Or, just ask for a fingerprint or PIN. Vouchers - why don't they appear in the app? Should be really simple to find them (you do want us to use them, don't you?) but, instead, I have to search through emails to find a valid voucher. Again blocking the toll, if I can be bothered. Sort it out B&Q!

Search engine always useless
This month I searched for top soil & it gave me sweetcorn seed! & anything else that can be planted or placed into soil. Why don't you just show me top soil only. If I wanted seeds I'd of typed that in! Every search I do I am guaranteed to get irrelevant results. Useless algorithms at play as in every online shop nowadays. I'll therefore buy from local small garden shop which doesn't do algorithms instead chatting with humans..
