I still cannot sign in!!!
I would've easily given Chewy a 5star rating, and already have several times. However, a few weeks ago, I got my reminder email for checking my Autoship. When I tried to sign in—- (something I've done regularly without issue for about 15 yrs…) I got an “Ooops” message. Hmmmm. I tried back several hrs later, and same problem. Ok probably server is down or something. I probably missed the scheduled day for maintenance or something. Two days later when I tried again, “Ooops”. Hmmmmm…after restarting my phone, deleting the app, I still couldn't sign in. I called & asked if they were having issues with the website. The lady said she was unaware of any problem but she would let the IT team know. It's been about 10 days now and I still cannot sign into my account. I am also unable to sign in using my son's phone. However I can sign in using a friend's android. Is it an Apple thing??I'm stumped.

Cannot sign into account
All I get is errors when trying to sign into my account. So, not sure what good this app is for except maybe to do product searches that you then have to go to a computer, go to their website, and sign in there to make a purchase. Not very useful imho.

Terrible app performance. All the time the pages are white, you have to refresh the pages hundreds of times and it helps for a couple of seconds. Somehow I found the products through the search, so the application was not buggy, but it loads everything so slowly. The search for a clinic took an hour, you enter the data of the clinic, it sees it - you choose it and the application gives an error. Catastrophe. First and last order through this website.

No shipping to Hawaii
What a waste of time. Creating an account, finding items to make free shipping. Only to find out at checkout while inputting shipping info. Hawaii isn't on the state list 😡

They have a lot of bugs to fix on the app. Chewy as a service is wonderful! I love the options for daily discounts, the categories, and my favorite brands. I've had the following issues with the app though: Discounts not applied at checkout. Had to reload the app and physically add the discount code multiple times because it would “forget” that I had $20 off applied. The login takes you to a new window/browser in the app to login, and I had to sign in multiple times in order to have my account on the app. Last, because it opens a new window, checkout is a nightmare. I didn't get my confirmation window because it opened 6-7 new blank windows after my payment went through. I just wish the app performed better.

The app runs great. The repeated “spend $10 more for…” reminders are tiresome and smack of greed and ingratitude.
