Me and 4 other people have been trying to order from the app for the past 15 minutes after our lacrosse game because we are really hungry, however, it has not been working and just deleting my order and it's making me very freaking frustrated! Dont download!!

I can’t sign in to my Chick-fil-A profile.
Last week I tried downloading the app and making a profile for myself for when I order. There seems to be a glitch, no matter how many times I try to access my sign in profile says my password is incorrect. I've updated my password. I don't know how many times and still I cannot get in to my profile.

I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews on stuff, but the recent updates to this app have made me quite annoyed. It's becoming not so user-friendly. I tried to order a delivery order today, and I can't customize my items like I used to be able to. You guys removed the special instructions option along with other stuff. How am I supposed to ask for no hashbrowns on a burrito when there's no freaking option to remove them? I used to be able to just type it in, but now I can't even do that.

The app works 97% of the time. The glitch is when I try to go back and modify my order just before checking out. I like that I can create and save my special dietary choices - like a Frostie ice cream shake with diet lemonade. ALL OF THE CHICK-FIL-A TEAM MEMBERS ARE COMPETENT, FRIENDLY, AND GO THE EXTRA MILE TO ENSURE MY ORDERS ARE CORRECT The food is always fresh and satisfying, with 85% healthy food choice ... but hey, keep those chocolate chip cookies 🍪 and milkshakes flowing.
