Too many bugs/glitches

Maxed clan fames before getting kicked out of the clan however the rewards were reset when i joined a new clan

Builder Base

I understand that you just made builder base to get more money from people but could you have at least made the troops AI better if we have less. Like sure it's fine with the village as you got way more troops but every time I watch my units decide to attack guard units from across the entire base instead of the stuff actually damaging them is quite annoying. Also why do the units not target the more damaged walls next to one they are destroying instead of the fresh wall OR EVEN JUST ATTACK THE WALL THAT OTHER UNITS ARE ATTACKING. It would be nice if you could add the ability to adjust unit priority targeting a bit to choose to not prioritise other troops. There's a lot more complaints about this game that I have but this review has gone on for too long anyway.

Only a money printing machine

The game has lost its soul and degenerates into a money printing machine. Players as well as decoration collectors are exploited to sell overpriced products. Every week decorations for the equivalent of 6€ in the shop + individual decorations for 7€ are a bottomless cheek that are simply supposed to flush money into the coffers. The whole thing fits with the trend that COC is also degenerating more and more into a [phone]w game in the gameplay area (see ERZ system, eternal events and constantly new abilities). It is not surprising that the previous community manager has left the company.

Unable to access my account

Really great game although the customer service is horrible each time I send a ticket on how im unable to contact them through the game to recover my account they tell me to contact them through the game and if im unable to do so they assume ive been banned.

I can't recover my account

I changed my cell phone but I still have the old cell phone, I can't transfer the account to the new cell phone because you don't send me the confirmation email to supercell I put my data correctly and you don't send the email, I'll end up losing my account

Connectivity Issue

This game always reconnecting, whether I use wifi or mobile data. This problem is not annoying untill you got disconnected in clan wars and the others blame you for losing the war. ;'(

Troop request bug

It's been days since I reported a bug in mine regarding the request for troops for the clan castle and they didn't solve it, I informed it again today, I ask you to solve it because it's making my game difficult.

My account got locked without doing anything and now their team is not helping me to recover that Account. I was playing that account for more than 5 years and everything gone now.
