App is pretty bad UX and always thought I was in New York. Cancelled my trail and it just cancelled all classes which seems a shame, don't really know if many other free trails that just end immediately. Also it seems quite expensive, £45 a month and in London that's less than 4 classes a month. Won't be using this

This is my first time registering for ClassPass and using a referral link. However, I've had a very disappointing experience. I did not receive any new account credit or referral credit. Additionally, I spent hours searching for appointments, but I couldn't book any. I trusted the app and topped up $99 immediately, but I still can't book anything. I hope you can provide a response and grant me access to bookings. I hope the negative reviews I've seen online aren't entirely accurate.

It's ok, but there are annoying rating ads after each visit. If you misclick it as missed, not only will they keep showing you the ads, but also charge 2x extra for nothing. Very annoying.

The credit options?? Start so expensive. They used to have like 8 credit options for $20. And now it's a minimum of $70 up to $300? Literally who is paying that much...

I don't like the cancellation policy. I have a skin disease with painful lesions that can arbitrarily become inflamed. It's hard for me to know if I'll be able to go the next day even if I've booked.
