I had an issue and while chatting with the customer service agent (Sylvia), I was assured that her manager would follow up with me via email within 48 hours. Unfortunately, that never happened. I was lied to and feel like this was said to shoo me away. If you promise something, you should deliver. This kind of treatment has me questioning whether I should bother using this service. I hope the company takes their customer service more seriously and improves their trustworthiness.

Bugy app, and shady referrals
We have just started using this app, and there has been a bunch of issues. You can registered on the same mail under apple,google, and regular email option. But you will then get access issues due to the same number. If you register from referral code on one browser but add your credit card from another browser it will just drop referral for your account. Even if you get referral this are trial points that does not work for any reasonable activities and if you move to premium subscription ou just looose them. There is a market here for better app fr sure.

Scam:Lost Credit
The app offers me to change my subscription but once I changed, the same day I lost all my old credit, I had 21 credits, I took the new subscription, the second one that follows, they disappeared... I try to contact them, but there is only AI...

The application fails a lot. Sometimes, for no apparent reason, it is impossible to open the app, it closes by itself.

The location in application doesn't work efficiently. I tried to search activities (yoga, pilates) by using "nearby" filtered, it keeps resulting "New York" - I am in Bangkok!
