Bad customer service
Bad customer service experience. They just canceled my membership and all my credits disappeared. My initial request was how can I keep my credits of 2 months to utilize them and then cancel my membership. And the agent jumped to cancellation process without addressing my concern. I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.

Dishonest Moneytrap
I tried subscribing to class in August 2023. The app did not work for me - I couldn't book any class. I contacted their helpline, but they proved unable to help me. I asked for my trial period NOT to lead to a monthly subscription. Low and behold, I just found out via my credit card billing that ClassPass has been billing me their highest form of subscription for the last 8months. This, even though ClassPass does not appear in my Apple app subscriptions and even though I received no email informing me billing had started (when I had asked it not to). They now refuse to reimburse me the full amount. This app is dishonest. They incarnate all the risks associated to services trying to be hip, but in fact being useless, all the while running a business on lack of transparency and dishonesty.

I was charged even if I cancelled prior to the free trial. A month later charged me the regular rate even if I was in the deactivated status. Will never recommend this app

Good idea, terrible cancellation policy
Service is a good idea. But if get sick, it's kinda dumb - you can either go along while sick; or they charge you an extra $25 and “return your credits” which then expire in a couple of days… make it seriously expensive. It's not because the gym has a cancellation policy either, the gym was fine with me letting them know I'm sick, it's just a money grab from classpass - the cancellation fee is more than the cost of the class that you cancel…

Canceling within their app does not work, so I contacted them a few days before my trial ended, but they still decided to charge me. It's surprising that an established has such poor processes and a buggy app, it feels like an early stage startup. I will be contesting the charges with my bank, as this is clearly dishonest.
