Too many old stories stay up for too long
I use the app because I like CNN. However, there are stories that have been up on this app for months. My God leave them up a couple of days and then make way for other stories. There has been a Kyrsten Sinema story that has been on there since before Christmas.

Works better in chrome than the app. Apps are becoming Appsolutely unnecessary!! Especially when people have lost their money with these banks and stocks. They need the apps, and rewards more than ever. Has a lot of inappropriate adds. I'm saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. Don't want to see the Satanic people's fetishes.

Lately , for the last 2 weeks, the app just keeps closing .PLEASE FIX! Requires reopening or uninstalling and then reinstalling. Too many ads; and always THE SAME. ads . Annoying. Easier to listen to the radio .

Live TV
Unable to view live TV on the app because it will not allow me to sign in using my tv provider. That tab is not working at all. I have uninstalled the cnn app and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

No dark mode
A lot of apps these days have dark mode which helps minimize the effects of the bright light especially at night…please find a way to add dark mode feature to dim the bright white light on the background when we read at night..

Was a decent app, until forced to allow monitoring
With the latest updates to this app, the user is required to allow the app full permission, and cannot customize to block cookies & tracking, like we used to be able to… now, unless you give them perms to monitor everything you do on your phone, they will not let you use the app, and crashes/closes when opened. Reinstalling the app doesn't help either, as if you do that, they then throw up their new “take it, or leave it page.”
