Very hard to get in contact with customer service, few times I did get in contact with them it was unprofessional people.

Garbage
The app doesn't work. Constantly down. Can't sign in. Unusable features. Whoever you paid to create this owes you money. It stinks. I can access my account online outside of the app. When the app is not working. Joke. 4/17/24 app still not working. Nothing is fixed.

Laggy. Does not show you all the details of your bill. Sometimes the loading symbol flashes for 2-3 minutes before anything shows up. This app is a waste of time, but their website is even worse.

I paid $116.00 on 4/1/24, then noticed I had a balance due again & paid $19.00& change on 4/19/24 now it's saying my payment is delinquent again & Im past due $70.00 & pay immediately! but I pay full bill faithfully & haven't received another bill so I look up statement & it says budget payment due on 5/22/24 in amount of $80.00. your system is too confusing to me & I don't want to be late or over or under paying!
