Crave is the reason I’m done
I cannot stand how subscription work today. Tiered system, horrible services, and no good selection. I bought this to watch Friends and just nothing but Ads and this and that pay more for better. The service sucked in the first place the apps is slow and it's antagonizing to navigate. Hopefully people start turning against services like this and Netflix and Disney plus they are all greedy profit pinchers leeching off their terrible service attempting to make it so bad and unbearable you have to pay your way out of it.

Can't sign in with my TV provider. I don't understand the issue, I have no problem with other apps (ie Sportsnet or TSN) but not with Crave, just a generic: "Oops! Unexpected error occurred during your login attempt, please try again." After trying 30+ times in a few days time, I'm convinced the app just sucks.

Pub everywhere
For the same price as a normal subscription on other platforms, Crave offers... pubs and pubs and pubs... At this point, I'm going to subscribe to cable again, it's going to be the same thing. There is no advantage to paying double as much as other platforms, especially since not all languages are available (e.g. original version)

Abysmal UX. Casting is impossible. For an app which charges stellar prices, this is a taunt to the user.

Doesn’t work half of the time
Currently having to stream it from my phone because the app won't load on my tv. By far the worst user friendly app between Netflix, Disney+ and prime

It's really annoying to watch anything because it keeps bugging. It takes forever to watch an hour-long show. It's frankly unacceptable to pay for it. It's unbelievable in 2024 that we can't do better. I will not be renewing my subscription.

I've had the Crave app on my phone for a couple of years now, and it's never been great but for the content, it was worth waiting a few minutes for it to load. For the past week, it's completely stopped working. I've checked for updates for both my phone and the app, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and nothing. Since I rarely use Crave on other devices, I guess I'll be canceling my subscription if nothing changes before my next payment. Truly disappointed.
