Literally can not get past the code for verifying my phone number. It will send me one, but the app will say session expired, and I start right back over with my phone number.

It has it good points most still are weird
Well first off I like the idea of having bank share with credit card easily payment from your account the part that grind my gears why I have to explain my self about a transaction that they clearly see its unauthorized transaction have the proof that I paid already, but current let them take the money out again now they are talking about 90 days why??? When I have proof also this the kicker I have money in my pod account cant take out because current let my account to be negative [name] never gave me any issues had them over 10 years for all you out their get a real bank for now on im going back to chase bank and keeping my [name]

I have tried to call customer service four times in a row and keep getting call ended. Right when it's on the whole music. I can't get into the app because I lost my phone and have a new phone number. This is the worst customer service on Earth

Got declined from 2 purchases and my money was charged . You guys can't even help at all . There goes my money I probably won't ever get back ….

Couldn't have an experience. The number assigned to my phone was previously a Current card holders number and the 24/7 customer service and worry free guarantee couldn't get me in touch with anyone to address the issue. I wanted to to supplement my Chime account but there really isn't any business, bank or otherwise, that can compete with Chime. I could call support from [name]'s phone and someone would answer and help, quickly. I'll keep what I have "Currently" and be perfectly content.

Well I didn't have an issue until I had fraud on my account. I don't have enough characters to explain the entire situation. But they have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They ask for the same info over and over and this is info they should have. After contacting them a couple dozen times I'm still missing money even though they do recognize I had fraud on my account. They closed the investigation before I got all the money back. They are very difficult to deal with.
