This VPN was great until I purchased an extension to my subscription for additional 2 years, They have now got my money, but appears that my speed has been throttled in the evenings to the extent that it is totally impossible to stream anything, anywhere in peak times (evenings). When I turn the VPN off I am receivng top speed of my internet plan, but when I turn it on in the evenings the speed is 0.5mbps download and 6mbps upload (no kidding!). Totally unacceptable!!

Vpn ghost is correct the product is a ghost on my phone! !! Worked great for 2yrs, now it is useless and doesn't function at all. Same phone?? Very poor customer service in response to my requests. Plan on canceling my subscription.

Kill switch sucks. Most times, Spotify app bypasses the VPN and leaves me exposed. They need to allow always on VPN feature so that the phone can't have network until VPN connects

Suddenly nothing goes anymore
Suddenly, no more data traffic via mobile communications and Wi-Fi! It wasn't until the VPN app was deleted that I got back online. Seems to have given an update. It can't be that suddenly nothing works anymore!! Fix it quickly!!

Constant re-insertion, because no connection is possible, and in the quick settings instant access the symbol does not turn on.

Catastrophic! The latest update, the worst of all, means that not much works anymore. Opening untimely pages, almost impossible searches in chrome with endless captchas. Not to mention the sites where we are no longer protected, sometimes without knowing it. Despite the installation and relocation, nothing helps. Application that is has degraded over time. Developers, can you finally do something about it???

I bought it for a year, but there are doubts about the proper functioning of the VPN. I chose Ukraine, but 2ip identifies the location as Douglas (UK) and not Kyiv. Chose Poland - defined as London... Manchester - Washington (USA)!Why?!

Previously I worked with Espress VPN following CyberGhost proposal I subscribed heavy Cybergost error immediately detected by Netlix for example no automatic connection in short I am very disappointed and even if I have a 2 year subscription I gave up and I came back to Express VPN but there must be other better ones than this thing
